After a two-year absence, SVRA (Sportscar Vintage Racing Association) returns to Sonoma for the Sonoma SpeedTour, an invitational event that showcases some of the world’s finest race cars, the oldest dating to before World War I.

Sonoma’s 12-turn, 2.52-mile, course opened in 1968 and was first named Sears Point. It features 160 feet of elevation changes, fast sweeping turns and a challenging carousel. The track’s proximity to Sonoma and Napa scenic wine regions makes it a popular destination for competitors and race fans alike.

Event details are still being finalized.

In addition to a weekend of racing, Saturday’s car show will be another great chance for fans to enjoy street and performance cars from local car clubs, as well as show off their own rides. Other activities still in development will make this a jam-packed weekend, followed by another terrific race weekend at Laguna Seca. Don’t miss this great double-header!
